Cilantro Avocado Lime Ranch

INGREDIENTS:

• 1.5 cups of low-fat buttermilk 

• 1 cup of mayonnaise 

• 1.5 packs of your favorite ranch seasoning

• 1 cup of chopped cilantro

• 1/2 an avocado

• 1 lime squeezed

• 2 tablespoons of diced green chilis

• 1 tablespoon of diced pickled jalapeños and a little jalapeño juice (or more if you like heat).

RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend and enjoy! Will keep in the fridge in an air tight container for 1 week! 

 

My thoughts: 

This ranch is sooooo good! You’ll want to eat it alone, but it’s best with salsa and chips, smothering a taco, over meat and rice, or on a southwest style or Mexican salad. 

My family loves this ranch so much and I know yours will too! Be prepared for a hit, this always delivers at a taco party!
